Inc. is a distributor for Bemac Products. Bemac Products specializes in rubber asphalt
technology. It has been manufacturing and marketing rubberized asphalt sealant, membranes,
and mastics in Canada for over 35 years. BEMAC manufactures Bemalastic 1213 BDM, a high
performance membrane used for waterproofing bridge decks, parking garages, tunnels,
reservoirs, foundation walls, and protected inverted membrane roofing systems. Bemac
Products manufactures several sealants for the large scale sealing of joints and random
cracks in Portland cement concrete and asphalt concrete pavements. Dura-Tirephalt, a
rubber-modified asphalt cement used in asphalt concrete pavements, is also manufactured at
the Bemac Products facility.
Bemalastic 1213 BDM Bemalastic 1213 BDM is a hot-applied, flexible, polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing/roofing membrane. It is composed of a unique blend of engineered asphalts, virgin polymers, synthetic rubbers, and reinforcing mineral fillers. Bemalastic 1213 BDM has excellent adhesive and cohesive properties which combine to eliminate the lateral movement of water between the membrane and the substrate. It forms a seamless, continuous, monolithic waterproofing membrane which is impermeable to moisture penetration and remains flexible over a wide range of temperatures.
Beram 190 Beram 190 is a hot-applied, single-component joint and crack sealant. It is a blend of asphalts, virgin polymers, synthetic rubbers, and reinforcing fillers. Beram 190 offers advanced low temperature bonding properties, prolonged resistance to degradation from weather, and a positive seal during the expansion and contraction of the joint or crack. Beram 190 meets or exceeds ASTM D-1 190.
Beram 195 Beram 195 is a premium quality, hot-applied, single-component joint and crack sealant. It is a formulated blend of engineered asphalts, virgin polymers, synthetic rubbers, reinforcing fillers, and anti-oxidant inhibitors. Its unique blend offers excellent low temperature bonding properties, prolonged resistance to degradation from weather and a positive seal during the expansion and contraction of the joint. Beram 195 remains ductile and highly resilient at low and high service temperatures. Beram 195 meets or exceeds ASTM D-3405.
Beram 195 LM Beram 195 LM is a high performance, hot-applied, single-component, low modulus joint and crack sealant. This is a very soft sealant that offers excellent low temperature bonding properties, while still maintaining a high degree of resiliency to reject incompressibles. Beram 195 LM permits high elongation at cold temperatures with low stress development. It will not flow from the joint or be picked up by vehicle tires at high service temperatures. Beram 195LM meets or exceeds ASTM D-3405 Modified. |
